How long will production take?
Your order will be shipped within 14 business days after payment has been cleared (1-3 business days). We are making in our studio every business day so depending on the workload at the time your order may be sent within a week depending on stock levels.
If you’re unsure if we can make your order in time for your event please contact us and we can talk about what you need.
Domestic Shipping Time
We ship our products with the Australia Post service which takes 3-4 days East Coast Metro, 5-6 days Western Australia Metro. Delivery times to rural areas may vary.
If you require your order faster than the normal Australian Post shipping option you can choose the Express Shipping (1-3 days) option at checkout. Please note this does not affect the production time for your order.
International Shipping Time (By arrangement)
I ship internationally with an Airmail International service which takes 14-21 days (approx) without tracking. Delivery times and customs clearance & duties may vary depending on the country.
All Studio Blackthorn products shipped internationally are final sale only.
