Is your product pricing in AUD?
Yes, my pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST is automatically included in the price.
How long will production take?
Your order will be shipped within 14 business days after payment has been cleared (1-3 business days).
We are busy making in our studio every business day so depending on the workload at the time your order may be sent within a week depending on stock levels.
If you’re unsure if we can make your order in time for your event or gift giving please contact us and we can talk about what you need.
I have a wedding or event coming up, do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Returns Policy
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Our returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
Mistakes happen, and if we have made an error or the product arrives damaged, we will, of course, replace your order without hesitation.
All Studio Blackthorn products shipped internationally are final sale only.
