We believe in crafting locally, on demand & as sustainably as possible.

This means your item is made fresh for you and is not premade in an overseas factory and then travelling long distances to sit on a warehouse shelf until it's sold.

Your order will be shipped typically within 14 business days after payment has been cleared (1-3 business days). 

Each item is carefully manufactured, assembled and packed in our studio in Brisbane. We do our best to handle your order as soon as possible. 

We are busy making in our studio every business day so depending on the workload at the time your order may be sent within a week depending on stock levels.

We include in every lamp order a warm white LED light bulb.

If you need to replace the bulb,
we recommend the following:

≤15w LED Bulb E27 (Screw in)
Lower wattage will be dimmer
& more ambient.

We use 6w for our small lamps
& 13w for our large ones

We recommend you to only use LED light bulbs as other types give off more heat and are less energy efficient.

Absolutely, and just quietly, the lamps look amazing in full colour.

As long as the smart LED bulb has an E27 connection (screw-in) it should work with our lamps.

Our online store only services Australia as we are currently focused on the local Australian Market. This could change in the future.

We are open to sending orders to a local package forwarding service such as Ausff who can then send the order internationally.

Please note:

As our lamp holders are made for the Australian market they have Australian plugs. You would have to source an E27 lamp holder yourself with a wall plug certified for your country.

If this is suitable, leave a note when you place an order so we know to ship your lamp with only the lamp shell.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law of 30 days for returns. Our returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.  

We don't offer change of mind refunds but mistakes happen, and if we have made an error or the product arrives damaged, we will, of course, replace your order without hesitation.

As much as we wish we could accommodate everyone individually, custom orders take a lot of time and therefore require a larger order than just a lamp or two.

We love talking about creative ideas though and if you have an idea DM us on Instagram, we can have an idea's jam, and the outcome might make it into production.
